OUR APPROACH - WHAT TO EXPECT

We will ask you some questions about your property and your existing windows and also what issues you are currently experiencing that need resolving. 

If you can take photos for us that always helps us to recommend the right solution. 

 If we think that we need to visit and look at your windows in more detail—or if you would prefer a visit—we will schedule that without charge.  We are based in Derbyshire but we cover the whole of the country.

The main purpose of this visit is to understand what issues you are experiencing and look at the best solutions to achieve what you need and we will answer any questions that you have honestly with your best interests in mind.

 Once we are happy that we fully understand what it is you need, we’ll send over a detailed written quote for the project with all the information that you need to make a decision. If you still have any further questions just give us a call.

 When you’re ready to get started, let us know. We will send you your order paperwork to sign and arrange a convenient date for the technical survey to be carried out.

When one of our technical surveyors visits to survey your existing windows they will take accurate manufacturing dimensions, taking into account any discrepancies in plumbs and levels, so your new secondary glazing will fit seamlessly into the apertures. 

After the survey details have been passed to the factory we will arrange a convenient fitting date. It normally takes 4 - 6 weeks from quote to installation. Our Installation Technicians are all time-served carpenters and take care to treat your home with respect.
